Welcome to Little Miami Veterinary Service. We are a diverse practice serving the veterinary needs of pet owners, horse enthusiasts as well as farmers in the northern Cincinnati area. Our practice consists of Dr. Lavinia Hultgren and her support staff. We pride ourselves on quality care for all of our patients from the smallest puppy to the largest cow.
Led by Dr. Lavinia R.L. Hultgren, LMVS moved from a dream to a reality in January 1999. We moved to our current location of 680 W. Mason-Morrow Road in the summer of 2000 where our practice has continued to grow and diversify.
Our patients are not only dogs and cats. They include alpacas, pot-bellied pigs and even a few wallabies! We also cater to the needs of family farms that have goats, sheep and cattle. Rounding out our patients are the many horses and ponies we tend to.
We are conveniently located in South Lebanon, just off I-71 and SR 48. To get to our clinic from I-71, take the SR 48 exit (#28) and turn south onto SR 48. The first traffic light is Mason-Morrow-Milgrove Road. Turn left on Mason-Morrow-Milgrove Road. Our clinic is on the left, behind Barrett's Marathon station.

Our hours are as follows:

We are closed on Wednesday and Sunday, but there is always a doctor on call for emergency situations that occur on these days or after hours. For small animal emergencies up until 9:00 PM each evening, call our office at 494-9009 to obtain the emergency number. You may also call the CARE Center in Blue Ash, which is a 24-hour facility with specialists on staff. Their phone number is 530-0911.
